All yourclub websites are owned by Yourclub Sports Ltd, registered and operating under the laws in Ireland. 

By registering with Last Man Standing on any Yourclub website, users agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The provision of any services by Yourclub Sports Ltd. for a user shall be subject to these terms and conditions.

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

"You/User" means any person, firm, club, charitable organization or company who enters or sets up a fundraiser via a Yourclub website and any club, body or charity which registers with Yourclub, and any other natural or legal persons using a Yourclub website for any reason, and any of their or its employees, consultants and authorized agents who may use the website from time to time;

 

1. REGISTRATION/USE

In using or registering with the website, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract (aged 18 years or over) and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction, or in the case of a company or other user that is not an individual you represent that you have the capacity to enter into a contract with Yourclub Sports Ltd. You also agree to provide:

True, accurate, current and complete information about yourself or your company or institution 

Maintain and promptly update the date to keep it true, accurate and complete.

All contracts concluded on this website shall be in the English language

Please note that Yourclub Sports Ltd keep a record of user's registration details and details of any competition entries, team selections and clubs registered made by or to a user for the duration of any user's registration with the website

Yourclub Sports Ltd reserves the right to refuse registration of any user or organisation at its absolute discretion.

 

2. FEES 

Yourclub Sports Ltd will retain 10% of the total stake raised for each league.

The processing bank may charge a processing fee for every card payment made when entering the competition. This is not incurred by Yourclub Sports Ltd.

NOTE: Once the competition begins Yourclub Sports Ltd.  will endeavor to transfer the club’s portion of the total pot raised to a designated person and address provided by that organization by way of an EFT or a cheque, whatever is the preference of the club, as soon as reasonably practical.

You acknowledge that in the absence of fraud, you shall not have any right of cancellation of your entrance fee and in placing a payment, you waive any statutory rights you may have to cancellation of the processing of your payment by Yourclub Sports Ltd.

3. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

Users making payments by charge card or credit card hereby agree and assure Yourclub Sports Ltd. that all charge card or credit card information supplied is true, correct and complete;

The person making the payment is duly authorized to use the charge card or credit card for that purpose; and

The donation and the fees will be honoured by the users credit card company.

If you discover that a payment has been made on this website site using your charge card or credit card details in circumstances where you had not agreed to or authorized this, then (provided you have not, through failure to take reasonable care, allowed an unauthorized person to gain access to your credit card details or password) Yourclub Sports Ltd. is required to refund to you the money they receive provided that you inform your credit card or charge card company and Yourclub Sports Ltd. of the unauthorized payment as soon as you discover it

All payments made via the website are final unless fraudulent use of the card is proven in accordance with the above clause

4. PROTECTING YOUR PASSWORD

It is up to each user to protect their username and password for their account. The user is responsible for all activities that occur under its password.

By accepting these terms and conditions You agree that Yourclub Sports Ltd. takes no responsibility for fraudulent use of any Yourclub account whereby the username and password has been used to access the account.

5. PLAYING LAST MAN STANDING ON YOURCLUB SITE

YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OVER TO PLAY

ENTRY FEE TO BE PAID PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF COMPETITION

EACH WEEK, SIMPLY PICK A TEAM PLAYING A MATCH THAT WEEK – IF YOUR TEAM WINS, YOU GO THROUGH, LOSE OR DRAW AND YOU’RE OUT.

YOU CAN ONLY PICK A TEAM TO WIN ONCE IN A COMPETITION

ALL SELECTIONS MUST BE IN 1 HOUR BEFORE KICK OFF OF THE FIRST MATCH 

ROUNDS OF FIXTURES MAY TAKE PLACE ON WEEKENDS OR MID-WEEK.

IF YOUR TEAM’S GAME IS POSTPONED YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY PUT THROUGH TO THE NEXT ROUND.

IF YOU FORGET TO PICK A TEAM, A TEAM WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PICKED ON YOUR BEHALF.

EACH COMPETITION CONTINUES UNTIL ONLY ONE PERSON REMAINS AND WINS THE POT OR IF TWO PARTICIPANTS REMAIN AT THE END AND THEY AGREE, THE POT IS EQUALLY DISTRIBUTED; HOWEVER, IF MORE THAN TWO REMAIN AND ALL GO OUT, EVERYONE GOES THROUGH TO THE NEXT ROUND.

6. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Yourclub Sports Ltd. reserves the right at any time from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the website with or without notice. You agree that Yourclub Sports Ltd. shall not be liable to You or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

Every time you use the site you are deemed to have understood and accepted the latest terms and conditions as published at the time.

7. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any User who fails to comply in any way with these terms and conditions may at the sole discretion of Yourclub Sports Ltd. and without prior notification, may be suspended or banned altogether from using the site.

Before entering any competition the User must tick a box to confirm that they have read the Terms and Conditions laid out.
